Purchased a new tablet, downloaded restaurant stories and was logged on as someone

Else. We downloaded farm story it was logged on to the same ther person. Uninstalled it set it back to the factory reset and it did it again. I just got this tablet from no more rack for $139 it was shipped from china. Help!
