Game Crashed

I just bought 275 and 75 gems, I was tipping neighbor, then I tried to swith to restaurant story an my game froze, I reset device and it turned on in airplane mode, Now I connected to the net via wifi and both my games bakery story and restaurant story have reset themselves. I am so upset I was doing so well and now I'm out $40 bucks and no game to play. Is there anyway I can get my games back?

I'm sorry this happened. I've never heard of that happening. By going in airplane mode? I'm not sure. Try restarting your device again and deleting and downloading games to see if they come back. If not email support@teamlava.com and let them know what happened.
