Tipping level

I have this problem where I tip my neighbour and I get levelled up, but every time I exit bakery story and then enter again, I would probably be level 29 but because of this problem I am STILL level 1. I don't know if it's just me but please fix this, thanks in advance

iPad 2, both valentine and normal version

Sounds like the progress is not saving. Umm, Try deleting the regular version from your Ipad (you can always download it later)
Then try syncing your Ipad with itunes.
Make sure you have the most current IOS version for your Ipad.

If you are still resetting back to level 1 everytime you open the game, you will need to email support@teamlava.com so they can look into you game.

You did not recently change devices did you?
