How to get goal items like Scoops of Sugar, Butter, etc

Where to find these goal items?
I received some from neithbours but I don't know how they get them!
I want to know where to get so I can send to my neithbours as well.
Please help! Thanks in advance!

Request them from your neighbors.. (you can't get them any other way :))
When you're on the goal screen press "request" and then check off the neighbors that you want the request to be sent to ;):)

In the News Feed section you should see the request, you just hit the accept button.
