Are the featured items temporary?

The featured items are temporary or are they just new?
How do we know which items have a limited existance?

The limited time offers stay active until about Sunday. There should be a countdown that is shown.

No list has been released of if and when certain items will be taken out of the game, but I would say the valentine crops will probably be removed a few weeks after valentines day. If you buy the trees you can just store them, because once you buy trees, you will always be able to master them, even if the option to buy
new trees is taken out of the game. I always try and master the holiday crops first, then I can work on the holiday trees later.
