Replay the whole game from the beginning if I use another iPad or iPhone

I am playing Restaurant Story using my iPhone, but when I install the game using iPad, I have to replay the whole game again from the beginning. I own both iPhone and iPad. How can I synchornize the game such that I will still play the original game (with all the coins and xp accumulated) after switching to iPad?

I do not believe it is possible to play simultaneously on multiple devices. This is a work-around. Hope it helps =}.
