Not Dark but besides point where are you located Kraft has some really easy to make Cheesecakes on their site using Philly cream cheese. During holidays I make the pumpkin swirl with ginger snap bottom most, since just a fall winter thing and cross between pumpkin pie and cheesecake. Then all regular NY style no crust on parchment so rises 6 inches and like a souffle lol. mainly slow beat with mixer etc then pour and bake.
