Am I the only one having problems with my gems disappearing? I refuse to pay for gems when the ones I've earned are disappearing without me purchasing anything.

for loss of gems, you can email support@teamlava.com Give them your storm ID, the game and when the gems disppeared. They can look into your game and tell you what happened.

You'll have to email support@teamlava.com so they can access your account and determine where your gems were spent.

This has been happening to a lot of people lately.

Seriously you'd be wasting your time, they will do nothing about it, I've had the same problem and no reply to emails. If the customer service was more efficient I would purchase gems also but I'm not wasting money on nothing. Good luck, it's been a week for me and they just don't care.
