Cannot Complete the New Goal

The Heart-shaped Pups goal does not recognize that I already have the pen fully upgraded! Cannot complete the goal.

Sure did! Forced closed a couple of times and deleted the game and reinstalled it again, after shutting down the phone!!

have you gotten all your hearts from nbrs?? If not once all the other steps are complete, you should be able to complete the goal.

I have all my hearts from neighbors, I force closed, restarted, deleted, redownloaded, did imaginary cartwheels, all to no avail. Oh, and I tried taking my heart dalmatians in and out of storage. Nada :(

I have reported this over to GM.

In the meantime , try deleting the game and redownload it from the app store.

I was going to ask the same thing. Since I already upgraded the pets prior to that step it didn't recognize it. Then I upgraded another pets and now shows 1/2 so you just need to upgrade any 2 pets and will go towards goal. Now I need to save up 40,000 to upgrade my pet

yes i was also able to complete the goal after that. Used the gems to buy a cockatiel hoping to cross breed a love bird. Then realised two things: Lovebird needed another 4 gems to breed. -.-
Then as I was about to place my new cockatiel beside my canaries so they can be friends at least, i realised I did something terrible: I had put the smiley cat statue next to the canary playpen. Poor canaries must have been traumatised by the cat statue for days. LOL

Problem with that is a lot of the users have already completed all the let's and upgrades. I can't upgrade anything else unless I am going to give in and buy the collies. Nope! Don't think I will do that so I am stuck on the goal as well.

We just pushed out a fix for the pen upgrade bug. Can you please check to see if it worked?

Edit: My apologies, but the fix doesn't work for the heart dalmatian exhibit retroactively. However, if you upgrade ANY exhibit one more time after this, it should count your Goal as fulfilled.

This doesn't help the player that has already upgraded all pens. The payout is for gems so I think they need to figure out a different fix or put out a new pet immediately.
