considering that you get a new crop which will earn you 2 gems on mastery, u only spend 3 gems. So its worth to skip for 5.

It's actually extremely generous of TL to make it so cheap to skip. The Christmas goals that required gems cost just as much to skip as it did to do the task. In this case, I say Hooray TL!

Generous?! To make us pay 5 gems for a crop that only yields 2??
I guess it's nice that some of you are happy, but I'm not happy at being asked to waste gems again, even if it is "only" three! I'd rather thank TL for making the restaurant tasks gem-free. Also, the bakery ones have been gem-free so far as well, though I have not finished them. Sure would have been nice if they could have done the same for farm!

I think you forget how TL makes money. They make money by selling gems. So OF COURSE they want you to spend gems. Why on Earth would TeamLava make so that you make more gems than you spend?
