Cannot place easy appliance on floor - help please

I am trying to buy the easy appliances and the pop-up says you can get your friends to help you then I click ok and then try to put it on the floor of my restaurant so that I can see the box but the box will not go on the floor.

I have always had a problem with this and I just keep on trying 10-20 times and sometimes it takes. But now I cannot finish the goals because of the easy appliances.

Does anyone know of the solution? I have tried closing the app then turning off my iphone and then switching on again but it doesn't help.

Do not tap the i button. Tap at the top instead.
Try and tap all over the box n u can do it.
