Of course I already bought some of those items and it's gonna make me do it again like all the other games. YAY -_-
TL really needs to change all "buy" to "have" spin don't have 50 million of the same thing in my inventory.

I bought the dalmation dog this morning, and when I got to this goal tonight, My dog was checked off.


Also there is a current issue with the sending the love letters to nbrs.
TL is working on this issue.

The damage is basically done for those who spent gems already, however. And this still has people upset - have you read the reviews on Itunes lately?

oh no, can this be refund on itunes side? because itunes refunded my $4.99 i paid for the fashion valentine app....but that was money though

I think it would have to be refunded on tl's side, because they are the ones that charged gems for the goals, and then changed it to goals (much like the tables in restaurant).

Kooky, what do you think? Will the refund our gems if we already purchased something for gems? This is basically teaching us not to buy the items for gems, because they will be switched to coins. I use all my gems from my iTunes cards, so it's not real money..but still. How could they do that and not refund the gems that were spent by customers willing to buy them? Whether with real money, or an iTunes card?

Heads up, you'll also likely need someone to post screen shots for step 5 if you've already bred for the puppies because I can't see TL not doing that when they already commented somewhere (though they have been known to go back on their word) that completing the family will unlock some special item (likely the pictured item at the end of this goal).

Based on the fact they've changed prices from gems to coins before and DIDN'T refund, I'm going with the "they won't refund" theory.

On some of the other goals, there were issues and they refunded gems for different reasons. A Community manager is checking on this.

I'm stuck in there, too. When I sent them, it said everyone was maxed on gifts.

I can't send the love letters either and it's annoying me. When will we be able to send them?? I haven't gifted any if my neighbours in the past 24hours but it says I can't send love letters :/

You can delete one and play on the other. It's the same game on both versions, so if you choose to play on the Vday one for the time being, you can delete the original version, and then download it back later.

Kooky mine is really playing up! I haven't completed my heart Dalmatian family but the goal is showing they have a fully upgraded pen?

Has anyone else had this problem? X

Update from GM


We just pushed out a fix for the pen upgrade bug. Can you please check to see if it worked?

Edit: My apologies, but the fix doesn't work for the heart dalmatian exhibit retroactively. However, if you upgrade ANY exhibit one more time after this, it should count your Goal as fulfilled.

I couldn't agree more, every other game I've played that's similar to this has given me credit for previously purchased items. It's the same with pets - another gamer asked me today how to get a cojack. I told her to wait til it was on her goals.

Well, I still haven't got any of these goals. I can send and receive love letters, but that is it. ihave also had requests for things in the goals from people who are on a lower level than me, so why can't I do the goals as well?
