Technical difficulties with game? Please help...

I'm not able to hang the items that are ready to hang on my racks that are available...? Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

When I have technical difficulties I'll restart the game and that usually fixes the problem. If its like some of the items are frozen when you tap them the game restart should work.

I have the same problem very often. It fixes when I exit the game completely and go back. Short time order clothes may expire in the process...
