It takes two different quest chains to unlock the Molten Lava Cake recipe. Finish the first chain to unlock the second one.

Chain 1:
Enter Jean-Pierre
Truffle Hunting
Meet Your (Truffle) Maker

Chain 2:
Maitre de Baies
Chocolat Speciaux
Artiste du Chocolat
