Do someone Know if we earn extra money by using the gumball machine ? And other items like cheese cart or pinball? We can guess that these items make the owner barn money in real Life, but what happens in the game ?

As a proud owner of the gumball machine and jukebox, I can safely say you make absolutely no money from these decorative items. They just add to your decor.
