Green box before broken heart

Why are some customers showing a green box above their heads right before they become unhappy and leave?? The box sort of looks like a dressing room but there is always a changing room open. The mirrors, changing rooms and cashiers are not blocked. What is this symbol?

The green box is a dressing room. Although there are dressing rooms, the customers will still leave unhappy if they're not easily accessible.
