At the moment I lost my 11 gems.. Why??

You can email support@teamlava.com and ask them to look into your game and find out where the lost gems went to.

In any case, whether that's what dion thought happened or not, that doesn't explain 11 gems - and I don't think anything is available for 1 except tiles, which would show up in your records.

Yes, it doesn't explain 11, but in this case, 11 is inaccurate.

That's probably true:p, but dion still said "11"-dion, are you sure you meant 11?

You can say and mean any number you believe is correct, but that doesn't necessarily make that true. I'm just providing the information that I see.

That is, of course, correct. I could claim that I bought 24 gems in a game and claim I only got 20. I agree.

I'm just wondering why dion thought it was 11.

That looks to be about the amount of an expansion now, did your Bakery look bigger after you logged in?

Lizzy you can email support@teamlava.com give them your storm ID and the game and they will be able to tell you what happened to your 40 gems.

I'm already at the biggest size bakery, have been for a while now... Level 96..

Did you have 8 appliances making a specific dish? You may have instantly finished cooking your food.

A couple of people posted that they were told by support that their gems were spent on instantly finishing food, and they claimed that was not possible. It seems like instantly finishing food is the default answer for when TL can't figure out what someone spent their gems on either.

That wasn't at you pinkster....sorry to use your quote, but it was a perfect segue! LOL. That was just at TL in general. It's so shameful that they do this.

When I went to build my new candy cane maker, I sill needed 4 paint or 8 gems to complete. I chose to pay the 8 gems, when I did the maker built. When I tried to use my new maker it went back into the box and the game told me I needed 10 paint, 2 springs or 24 gems. It did not refund the 8 gems I had already spent. What's up with that?

Did you get an out of sync message?
Have you tried to restart your game or device to see if the gems come back?

If you believe you are missing gems from your game, you can send us an email and we'll check your account and let you know what happened. Remember, don't post here, but send us an email. I don't want this to turn into a "Check my gems" thread, lol.
