Hi there,
Currently, I have two stormID , how can I transfer the old storm ID level to the current?

You can't transfer the old storm ID level to another storm ID.

No. I can't . Cos I don't know what is my old device information. Due to the old device is faulty can got changed.

You can email support at support@teamlava.com
They should be able to help you. Tell them what you want to do about transferring and give them your storm ID and any information you can.

Did you receive the automated message at least? If not, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, double check the email address you sent it to. It should be support@teamlava.com

The email is correct. I have ticket# for the case. And have revert on the info which they needed

if u put the title as transfer they will get back to u quicker :)

Wat do u mean "transfer". State in the subject as 'FW'

You cannot change your subject in your email, just reply back to your email with your ticket to check on the status if it has been over 5 business days since your sent your first email.
