Any suggestion on speeding up food consumtion?

As TL has reverted to the old recipes, I found that my food started to pile up. At this speed, it seems the food will never be eaten up.

I have quite a lot tables. On my observation, the seats has never been fully taken. I guess the bottleneck must be the door. Should I open one more door to let more customers flow in?

Does anyone have any suggestion on it? Many thanks!:)

I just let food sit on counter that way to earn more coins? NO?

i think TL did a drastic change as some users prefer to sell food faster and majority prefer to have food on counter rather than sell really quick.

I think there is a few threads on how to change table and chairs and distance from host etc on the forum

Thanks for the links! Fecsuper's idea is amazing! I have already changed my table layout to L-design to check out the improvement :)
