Dear Person in charge,

I would like to report, an error that has occurred in my Bakery story game that has caused me 10 gems. Heres what happened. While browsing the
design menu for things to decorate my bakery, the screen froze up for a
few seconds and all of a sudden my 10 gems were traded to 20,000 cash. I did not even press anything it just happened. This has happened in
Restaurant story as well, where a message box that i misinterpreted
caused me to trade 10 gems with cash, however in this instance it is
clearly a bug in the program, there was no conscious decision on my
part, I did not press any buttons to trade the gems, the screen just
froze up and the trade occurred. Please do something about this, as I
really like your game and was on my way to buying something that I can
no longer buy. I do not need the 20,000 cash, you guys are free to take
it back, I just need the gems back. Thanks for your time and your
understanding. Hope to hear from you soon. Here are my
details.

These are my details

The general advice is: be really careful!

Unfortunately, our support agents do not have the ability to reverse player transactions.

Another player has experienced the ways of this company.

1) Don't put in any safeguards to confirm if user wants to spend gems.
2) Support agents have no ability to reverse transactions.

Net result? Player loses, TL wins. Every time.

Who's fault? No one's fault I suppose...

I know....

In Fashion Story the idiotic out of sync errors (that plagued all the games for weeks) resulted in a new slot being bought (I pressed OK on the popup, it decided to remember that I had tapped the screen in that location, and when my shop reloaded it bought the slot without my fingers being anywhere near the screen), and of course they "can't reverse player transactions".

When a company's own glitches cause loss, any decent company would take responsibility for it. What kind of company wouldn't?! Seriously.
