Can you change gold for gems and vice versa??????

I have loads of coins on BS but hardly any gems, can you change coins to gems?

Obviously TL won't let you change coins to gems. They will loose hard cash on it. The only chance to get bigger amount of gems if you get your bank card out and pay. On other hand, you don't have to worry about the coins either. They are comming much slower after the "great" changes what TL applied... Less serving, lower price, slower costumers...
