I think it's a placeholder... This happened with one of the holiday versions before and it was available for free the next day. So you don't have to pay and it should be coming very soon :)

ALL of their games are always offered free. Please wait it out, or until we hear an official word on the matter. I doubt it will cost anything, the description itself says "IT'S FREE" just as all others.
