It just aired yesterday and I hate it. I hate a lot of commercials but I have to mute the TV every time.

Sure, they have a good point about sales but why do they have to make a commercial with people screaming?

Because these people missed out, and didn't know about the sales! I kinda thought it was weird at first, but now I can relate (TL).

I understand the theme, just hate the obnoxious screaming. Mute it every single time.

Praying they remove it after Feb 1st.

I liked it the first couple times I saw it. Now its annoying. And we don't even have jcp in Canada.

It's especially bad when you're laying in bed half asleep listening to the tv while you doze off then AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL I used to put on cartoon network etc to sleep by..no real flashy lighting, same volume most of time, But now I have to but on classic rock channel because even Led Zeppelin is more relaxing and quieter then listening to some of the commercials today.

Most of my TV watching is in the evening (after 8p) and on Fox. I sometimes hear the Nick shows that the kids watch but tune them out 90% of the time. If this commercial isn't on either of those, then I wouldn't have seen it. Thus far, I don't recall seeing it, but then again, I mostly get up and do something while a commercial is on. LOL

oh, me too! :( I hate that commercial, it is so annoying. It would be weird if it still broadcasts after the 1st.

I thought it was amusing the first time I saw it. Now it's annoying.

JCP is changing their retail strategy and moving towards "everyday sale" pricing rather than having stuff on the floor at MSRP and then discounting it until it eventually sells. I read somewhere that all prices in the store are being permanently reduced by at least 40% but the discount sales and all the marketing needed to support them are going away. They will still have sales, but they will be rarer and most likely only when they need to move stock to make room for newer items.

The commercial is their way of saying NOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooo to constant discounting. They should have hired the Target lady. She's awesome.
