problem loading the game!

When I try to start the game all I see is green. The only icons I'm able to see is the menu & display. Why is this happening??!

Which device are you playing on? Try restarting your device and try deleting the app and redownloading, don't worry your game progress is saved on TLs server. Please let us know if this continues, thanks.

Leave the app and come back, that fixes it for me.
