Some of my animals are stuck in my storage. I am unable to get them and anything else out of my storage. Does anyone have any suggestions or answers. I am very upset. I am at level 25 and then this happens. Please help?

I'm sorry your upset, could you post screenshots of the issue? Have you tried visiting other players then going straight into your storage to place your animals? It's worth a try. Which device are you playing on? Thanks
