too many bugs

I am playing on an Android and Fashion version 1.3.6. I have several issues!!!! Why is that I get enough neighbors to increase size and the option disappears? I can also only visit or send 3 gifts at a time and I get the force close message. I reinstalled the game several times. This is a fun past time, but it is very frustrating when you have to shut the game down!!!

When you acquire enough neighbors the for expansion, it unlocks the coin price so you do not have to expand using gems. So the expansion did not disappear, but it was unlocked and now shows the coin price.
