Customers problems on Halloween fashion story

On Halloween fashion story why do the customers have a little clock icon over their heads? Because whenever I put clocks on the walls they are still the same and I have no idea what to do.

The clock icon that appears over customers heads shows you that they are waiting for you to order new clothes or display orders into your boutique. So by having a boutique with a few racks full of clothes this icon should disappear :)
