How do you rotate items?

I see dressing rooms, tables, etc rotated in direction directions and I can't seem to get the same functionality. Can anyone share what I should be doing?

To rotate items you press the design tab, bottom left and blue colour, then tap your dressing rooms, tables etc and along the left side three buttons will pop up, one should say rotate, press that one and voila, your items can rotate :)
