Are you using an Android device? Android doesn't have a listing of the parts we have stored up in BS/RS, only in CS, to my knowledge. The only way we can get a listing of what parts we have for a particular game is to email TL support and ask them to provide a "part list" for your game/user ID. Hopefully TL will fix it so Android can see these at some point in the future. You do still have the parts, they are just kept somewhere we can't see them. LOL

If you have an iOS device, you should see them in your gift section.
