What item gives you the most money?

I would like to know what food gives you the most gross in Resturaunt Story. Anyone know?

For the recipes open to me right now:

Lemon Lime Soda for the drink machine
Apple Pies for the oven
Stew for the stove
Mutton Leg for the grill

There are other recipes but I haven't reached a level to unlock them or they are on appliances I haven't purchased yet.

don't worry about cooking faster dishes. pick the dishes that give the most per plate and longer cooking times usually means more dishes. once they're done cooking, the dishes sell at a constant rate of about 28 dishes/min.
