Requesting material items

Hi all how do I request material items from neighbours? I need to build a stove and it tells me I have to build it and to ask friends to help:confused:

Click manage on your appliance and it will bring up a list of which parts are needed, then click on ask friends and tick the nbrs you'd like to send a request too. We can recieve 20 parts a day and 20 normal gifts too.

When u buy the stove, it will come out as box.... Click the box and u will see from the pop ups 2 choices-- ask friends or buy parts with gems... Click the part/s that u want to ask from ur friends (neighbors).
