really? level 1 players with 0 star rating and spoiled food? i'm serious, nearly a quarter of my neighbor list was that. if they are actively playing again, i will add them back. if they don't respond, i have one less neighbor to tip and gift.

I have 113. I will be weeding out inactive neighbors as well, unfortunately all but around 5 of my neighbors are active. Not sure if its worth it to weed just yet. For those with a high amount of neighbors, do you have a system for tipping/gifting?? I've been trying to come up with one since I feel bad not tipping every day, but haven't found one that works yet.
