You don't need to save. Just exit out and its saved. Your game is saved on TL's servers.

Is not save ....i tranfer my sin card and my game is in my old telefone...

It won't work by just transferring your sim card. You have to follow the instructions in post 2. The game is assigned to the device, and the instructions in post 2 tell you how to transfer the game to a new device.
