Missing coins?

This morning I went onto my bakery and saw I had received 80,000 in earnings overnight but it didn't show up in my overall coins. I have heard about missing coins and gems and wanted to know if there is anything I can do or are they gone forever? It's annoying as I was so close to having enough to expand. :(

Sorry to say TL don't refund lost coins, however if you've lost gems and don't know what has happened its best to email
Support then. Has the issue happened before with coins not adding? I'm not sure if you ever block the door, as this can cause a quick sale sometimes. I find by visiting nbrs and running the game it can help sometimes with quick sales. I hope your able to expand really soon too.

I don't think it has happened before, I have used the door blocking but that was a while ago and there's been no trouble with quick sales. I guess there was just a glitch I was hoping it might appear if I restarted but it didn't
