I have plenty of seats and food out for my customers in my bakery..but they just walk up to the cash register and then walk out with broken hearts..whats going on?!

Just visited your lovely bakery, try moving the last food counter by the tables/chairs. Hopefully that will allow better access for your customers. I know it's hard when we first start the game, as we have limited space it gets easier as we go though the expansions. I tended to place my food counters all together. Please let me know if you need any more help, I'll visit you often to check everything's okay.

Also, the customers need to walk from square to square and cannot move diagonally.

Is it okay if we place something in front of the cash register? E.g. a flower pot or wall???? Thanks! =)

The front of the cash register needs to be clear, so the customers can reach it. If it is blocked, the customers leave unhappy.
