A timer or bar at the top of my story games that shows me how much time since/until I can request from my neighbors :)

That wouldn't be bad, but at least at this moment, it's reset back to 12 midnight pst.

Ahh...I thought it was a full 24 hours. It seems I can't request in the am, but around 10pm and I'm on PST.
