How do I buy more space without waiting to sell products, is there a shortcut?

You can expand your restaurant for 40 gems until you reach the max. That's if you don't want to wait until you have met the coin, level, and neighbor requirements. Its in the Enhancement tab.

That means the prices of gems went up :)

I know they all changed to different prices. I thought they all went back to the original prices, but I guess that didn't happen across the board.
