I have 11 plates do celebration cupcakes on counter, but goal says I only baked 10!

I am working toward the Yule log goal and need to bake 30 celebration cupcakes. I baked 5 last night, bought a new stove and baked 6 this morning. There are 11 sitting on the counter, but on the goal page it says I have only done 10. Why? These take 6 hours to bake, so I really want credit for all I've made. please help!

Did you happen to serve any of them before you were on the quest?

You can also try this deleting both the normal version and Christmas version of the game. Once they have been deleted from your device, please reinstall just one of the version, but not both. Your offline cache data may have experienced issues for having both versions on the same device.

no, I did not bake any of them prior to starting the quest. I will try deleting both and reinstalling just the Christmas version and see if it helps.

just tried uninstalling and reinstalling only the Christmas version. I still have 11 cupcakes on the counter, but only 10 marked on the goal. One of my ovens is a sonic oven. Is that part of the problem?
