Missing Gems in BS [Archive]

I was earning gems to expand in BS. After it place all finished food items on the counters. I gay sign saying out of sync. Then next thing I know all of my gems are gone but 3. I put in a lot of time & labor to earn those gems and want them back. My mobile is the iPod touch 4th gener.

I'm really sorry this has happened to you, email support@teamlava.com so your game can be checked for you to find out what happened. Include your storm8 ID, which game it's on and what happened.

What's the amount you lost, and you can expand with coins unless you are expanding for a level that is not yet unlocked for coins.
