I'm wondering if there is a way to not start over once you get a new phone? Is there a way to start exactly where I left off on my previous phone? PLEASE RESPOND.

Which device are you playing on? Have you tried to transfer the games yourself to your new device and have problems?

Follow the instructions in the link in Post 2 to transfer your game to another phone without starting over.

You can go from iDevice to iDevice, Android to Android, iDevice to Android, Android to iDevice.

If you are transferring from iDevice to Android, please store your items received from goals. If you don't, it could cause problems in your game, since Android doesn't have goals.
