How do I get rid of this itchy, red pimple?

The catch is, it is just in the entryway of my nose.:(

Use a sewing needle and poke it. Then use q-tips to drain it. Then apply a salicylic acid 1%-2% treatment on top. And stop touching it

Yes, because you might reinfect it and make it worse.

Try applying toothpaste to the pimple and leaving it on for awhile, maybe before you go to sleep. I've tried it, and it's supposed to dry it out. Here (http://www.wisegeek.com/does-toothpaste-get-rid-of-pimples.htm) is a little article for more info.

The answer to all your pimple problems is called Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque. It is bluish green and it smells like peppermint and sulphur. If you put it all over your face it will make you look like a crackly sea monster. More importantly, you can do a spot treatment with it. Slather it on the spot and leave it overnight and your pimple will be dramatically diminished in the morning.

Best of all, this is the cheapest product on earth. An enormous tub of it will last several years and cost about $3. You can buy it at any sufficiently trashy drugstore or at Sally's.

I kid you not, this stuff will change your life. Or at least your complexion.

I'm totally getting that. I am a bathroom product junkie. At any given time I have 5 or 6 different kinds of shampoos and conditioners and like 10 soaps and 15 shower gels and don't even get me started on the lotions. I may need an intervention.

I'm gonna try it too. I usually use DDF products for blemish control but I'm always on the lookout for new (to me) products.

Oh, man, me too. I have a tiny bathroom right now so it's keeping me in line, haha. Someday I'm going to have a bathtub you can do laps in and space to keep every type of bath salt ever.

This is what I did, if I did anything at all. I haven't had a pimple in a long time, and didn't have that many.

I am the same way! I am a fanatic for hair conditioners, and shower gels - I don't care much for shampoos or soap bars.

For pimples I use Persa-gel 10 (or the CVS brand) to spot treat a pimple overnight and twice a week all over the face to prevent breakouts.

I will try Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque, there is a Sally a couple of miles from my house :)

Lol I live for those ones :p I actually don't get many pimples even with sweating to death in a hot country. Gotta love Clinique Moistrizing Lotion and parents who buy it for you almost every Xmas.

You are not alone. My face last year reminded me of an active red volcano. But this year I have it a bit under control. I just let them grow (the ones that hurt) and pop the ones that are small and painless.

Sadly, me too. My 11year old son needed something from my bathroom cabinet. He said it looked like Bath and Body Works threw up in there.
