First time user Need Help!!!

Hi everyone like th title says i am a first time user of the story games....I love playing Fashion story but unfortunally after a day and a half of playing my account just dissapeared all the money and updates i had done to my store was gone and it was in initial mode....like if it was the first time i accessed the account. So i removed the app and re-install it and it ended up doing the same thing. I am trying to what i can do to retrieve my account or to ensure this doesnt occure again....

Also, How can i add my Storm8 ID that i already have to my new fashion story?
I know how to sign up but i dont what to do that I want to keep my ID because its the same one i have for nightclub story....Do i have to have an individual ID for each game???

Are you just trying to play on one device or two different devices?

One devices i Have a G-tablet android...I installed it to that device and only that device i have used to play...I love the game but it keeps jumping ramdonly to the beginning like if it was my first time playing the game....
