cant play RS! please help!

I can't play RS at all but I can play any other TL game. It force closes before I can see anything on RS. I've moved everything to SD card, restarted my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. I'm on Android MyTouch 3G Slide. Version: 2.2.1. I don't know what else to try. I've sent emails to TL and received nothing back. Anything else to try? This has been happening for a long time.

Try checking to see if there is a more current update for your phone. I think there may be one higher than 2.2.1.

Tmobile said there weren't anymore for my phone, unless I upgrade phones. But my bakery and farm are working fine. It's just restaurant.

Try clearing the cache data from your phone's application settings. It's a longshot, but it might work.

I have the same exact problem except it happens once my first customer enters the door. I'm using an android t mobile g2x. All other stories work except restaurant story. I've cleared my cache uninstaled turned off and then reinstalled after I waited a few hours and it still didn't work.

hi that happened to my bakery, could not play for two monthe, all teamlava done was to send pre written emails,no help at all !!! try clearing the data and cache for your restaurant, then go back into it dont uninstall it that does not do anything . i hope this works
