Out of sync with server

When my baby is ready in the nursery, I click to send to family and after a couple of seconds I get pop up saying'not in sync' the baby goes back to nursery. After several times trying, the baby disappears and I have to start over. This has happened with three babies. Please fix. I wasted days trying to expand
