Ice Cream Expert

One of the requirements is to place an ice cream maker. I already have 4 from before I got these goals. I'm placing them in my bakery but it's not doing anything. It's still telling me 0/1 when I already have 2 of them placed. Don't tell me I have to build one again or skip for a whopping 5 gems. C'mon! :mad: Help?

What are all of the rewards for the phases of this goal? Making 30 chocolate tarts is a huge task and I'm not interested if all I get is a bunch of tacky balloons :) Any recipes or good stuff given as the reward?
