No Expansion or Appliance Option?

I am at level 77 in my bakery and no longer have an expansion option or the option to buy more appliances. Is this common? Is there a cut off for expansion size and number of appliances?

The 18th and last appliance unlocks at Level 73. You should be able to buy more for 24 gems, if not, you may want to download the latest version.

The last expansion is 17x20.
