In another thread DaojinWildfire said they fixed the problem with being locked out at Level 98. He didn't say how it was fixed.

So it is attainable then. Wow! Had no idea. Am watching two neighbours in bakery try to reach level 97. Both are half way there and are seriously determined to get there too. Do you get some crazy gem or coin reward for getting there?

I doubt it, because according to TL, Level 96 is the highest level and you don't get anything for reaching it. I think they didn't think people would get 10M XPs and being able to show that you reached Level 97 may have been a bug.

I've seen a couple of level 97 players on bakery story and RS, there are lots of level 97's and 98's on city story.

There's a thread called "Level 98" where people who reached it were locked out of their game. At the end, TL reported that the problem was fixed but did not say how. If anyone on Level 98 or reached it since has played successfully, they did not post.

I've seen a Level 97 player on Farm.

There was a period where imoji was showing up in the community all the time and others saw it. I don't see him anymore; maybe he hit Level 98 before the fix and quit?

I didn't take a pic because on an Android you only get the farm with no stats or buttons. And someone else posted his farm showing L97

Here's the post from ButterPanda (not DaojinWildfire) who said the Level 98 lockout problem was fixed.

I meant the players who had posted this issue previously in the forums.
The issue has been confirmed and fixed. So those who had reached passed level 96 can now login again.

I didn't see anything wrong with any of the posts in this thread. People are always reposting images in other threads; I have done it many times and the image I posted in this thread was from another thread.

Its not limited to images. Some people even repost parts of other people's posts when trying to help others.

Actuly you can do it in one and half year or less depends on how much appliances you have and how offen you play..

As far as coding so the level increases to any number, it should be simple.

But there would need to be a display change to all games if the max went past 99. If you look at your level on the display, it is 2 digits. Not impossible, but adds to the work.
