Candy cane cake

Hello all. One of my goals states I have make so many candy cane cakes. One problem. I don't have it unlocked yet. Haven't even received a goal for unlocking it. Any one else have this issue. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch. This topic may be moved if this not appropriate place for it. Thanks again.

It's the other December goal, which involves lots of Hot chocolate.
