If you are waiting on support to transfer your game to a new device you can try to transfer yourself.

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.

You can try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

Honestly, I hate bad words, but your bakery shoulda been transferred in an instant. I'm guessing TeamLava is glitching too much. They keep making more games but they can't keep track of their old ones. Maybe they should hold off on a while, or do a MAJOR maintenance and release it to us in an application update via iTunes/ Android Market.

You can try to transfer yourself using the storm 8 transfer see this thread for steps http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?t=14674

If you sent an email to support and it has been over 5 business days, respond back to your email with your ticket number and check on the status of your request. There was limited staff over the holidays
and they are currently playing catch up.

In their defense, I requested a transfer, got a reply the next day, and had by bakery fully transferred within a week. That was during Christmas and new years! The only reason it took so long is because of my delay in giving them the requested information. I think they did a great job with me. Maybe you should try resending your email. Good luck.

I went from a droid to I device. If you haven't already setup a new bakery, you can try this method. Very easy. Download pets live on droid. Play til level 3 . Then setup storm ID and password. Now go to I device and download pets live. Play til level 3 then go to settings and enter the storm iD and password from droid. now download and start your bakery. It should be the one from the droid.

Did you wait 3-5 business days for a response?
