Can't send request to exactly neighbor

Yesterday I sent a request to my neighbor, I click off all the tick from the neighbor I don?t want to send the request. Unfortunately, the info box tell me I can?t send to 9 neighbors (I just click 5 neighbors). Then I try to send other request to other neighbor but no one can send. What?s up with the system? The goals will expire in 24 hours, it?s a bother to me. Today the problem stills the same.

I have an error occurring when I try to send requests too, it tells me 316 of your neighbors couldn't receive your request while I only sent to few and my nieghbors are 187 only.. So I dunno why so much errors in requesting..

Try deleting the app and redownloading, your game is safe on TLs server. Or restarting your device, it may help with some issues/some players. I've had messages for hundred's of nbrs not recieved the request, deleting the app has helped in my case.
